Under Article 160 part 2 as the primary offence 1144 persons were convicted. 511 of them (44.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 190 (16.6%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 507 persons were terminated. 156 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 3 as the primary offence 3356 persons were convicted. 2208 of them (65.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 198 (5.9%) got prison sentences. 29 persons acquitted. Cases involving 51 persons were terminated. 199 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 4 as the primary offence 508 persons were convicted. 306 of them (60.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 198 (39%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 8 persons were terminated. 21 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
