Under Article 160 part 3 as the primary offence 3738 persons were convicted. 2512 of them (67.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 251 (6.7%) got prison sentences. 25 persons acquitted. Cases involving 44 persons were terminated. 228 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 4 as the primary offence 635 persons were convicted. 374 of them (58.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 253 (39.8%) got prison sentences. 12 persons acquitted. Cases involving 14 persons were terminated. 24 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
