Cases involving 1474 persons were terminated. 270 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 2 as the primary offence 1311 persons were convicted. 502 of them (38.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 242 (18.5%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 538 persons were terminated. 186 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 3 as the primary offence 3823 persons were convicted. 2610 of them (68.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 252 (6.6%) got prison sentences. 30 persons acquitted. Cases involving 49 persons were terminated. 210 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 4 as the primary offence 742 persons were convicted. 407 of them (54.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 319 (43%) got prison sentences. 17 persons acquitted. Cases involving 9 persons were terminated. 35 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
