Cases involving 1754 persons were terminated. 301 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 2 as the primary offence 1348 persons were convicted. 540 of them (40.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 248 (18.4%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 629 persons were terminated. 184 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 3 as the primary offence 3470 persons were convicted. 2292 of them (66.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 232 (6.7%) got prison sentences. 43 persons acquitted. Cases involving 51 persons were terminated. 205 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 160 part 4 as the primary offence 781 persons were convicted. 419 of them (53.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 348 (44.6%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 12 persons were terminated. 42 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
