Under Article 161 part 2 as the primary offence 44097 persons were convicted. 22277 of them (50.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 21361 (48.4%) got prison sentences. 29 persons acquitted. Cases involving 635 persons were terminated. 7678 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 161 part 3 as the primary offence 120 persons were convicted. 17 of them (14.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 103 (85.8%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 5 persons were terminated. 67 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
