Under Article 161 part 3 as the primary offence 120 persons were convicted. 14 of them (11.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 106 (88.3%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 4 persons were terminated. 75 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
