Under Article 162 part 3 as the primary offence 2952 persons were convicted. 203 of them (6.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2748 (93.1%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 58 persons were terminated. 164 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 162 part 4 as the primary offence 1302 persons were convicted. 34 of them (2.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1268 (97.4%) got prison sentences. 18 persons acquitted. Cases involving 25 persons were terminated. 991 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
