Under Article 162 part 3 as the primary offence 2523 persons were convicted. 187 of them (7.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2327 (92.2%) got prison sentences. 9 persons acquitted. Cases involving 52 persons were terminated. 157 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 162 part 4 as the primary offence 1100 persons were convicted. 49 of them (4.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1051 (95.5%) got prison sentences. 8 persons acquitted. Cases involving 27 persons were terminated. 958 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
