In 2009, 787 persons were convicted under Article 163 part 1 as the primary offence. 442 of them (56.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 267 (33.9%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 388 persons were terminated. 673 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 163 part 2 as the primary offence 3172 persons were convicted. 1733 of them (54.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1364 (43%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 25 persons were terminated. 905 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 163 part 3 as the primary offence 181 persons were convicted. 34 of them (18.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 147 (81.2%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 7 persons were terminated. 208 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
