Under Article 163 part 2 as the primary offence 2668 persons were convicted. 1573 of them (59%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1021 (38.3%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 19 persons were terminated. 376 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 163 part 3 as the primary offence 223 persons were convicted. 34 of them (15.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 187 (83.9%) got prison sentences. 14 persons acquitted. Cases involving 8 persons were terminated. 113 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
