Under Article 163 part 2 as the primary offence 2334 persons were convicted. 1353 of them (58%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 902 (38.6%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 24 persons were terminated. 329 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 163 part 3 as the primary offence 244 persons were convicted. 24 of them (9.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 219 (89.8%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 8 persons were terminated. 163 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
