In 2009, 6415 persons were convicted under Article 165 part 1 as the primary offence. 1343 of them (20.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 92 (1.4%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1498 persons were terminated. 484 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 165 part 2 as the primary offence 124 persons were convicted. 98 of them (79%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 6 (4.8%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 45 persons were terminated. 50 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 165 part 3 as the primary offence 35 persons were convicted. 21 of them (60%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 14 (40%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3 persons were terminated. 10 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
