In 2011, 3720 persons were convicted under Article 165 part 1 as the primary offence. 564 of them (15.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 62 (1.7%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1375 persons were terminated. 124 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 165 part 2 as the primary offence 88 persons were convicted. 67 of them (76.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2 (2.3%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 57 persons were terminated. 20 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 165 part 3 as the primary offence 44 persons were convicted. 39 of them (88.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 5 (11.4%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 21 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
