In 2009, 3301 persons were convicted under Article 167 part 1 as the primary offence. 1173 of them (35.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 286 (8.7%) got prison sentences. 9 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3252 persons were terminated. 1067 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 167 part 2 as the primary offence 1629 persons were convicted. 1002 of them (61.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 578 (35.5%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 578 persons were terminated. 1128 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
