In 2010, 3122 persons were convicted under Article 167 part 1 as the primary offence. 1099 of them (35.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 277 (8.9%) got prison sentences. 18 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3094 persons were terminated. 921 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 167 part 2 as the primary offence 1710 persons were convicted. 1074 of them (62.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 586 (34.3%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 691 persons were terminated. 823 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
