In 2011, 3104 persons were convicted under Article 167 part 1 as the primary offence. 1030 of them (33.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 239 (7.7%) got prison sentences. 11 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3172 persons were terminated. 838 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 167 part 2 as the primary offence 1641 persons were convicted. 1094 of them (66.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 490 (29.9%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 597 persons were terminated. 827 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
