In 2012, 3003 persons were convicted under Article 167 part 1 as the primary offence. 501 of them (16.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 185 (6.2%) got prison sentences. 16 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3170 persons were terminated. 873 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 167 part 2 as the primary offence 1562 persons were convicted. 1044 of them (66.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 462 (29.6%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 597 persons were terminated. 785 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
