In 2013, 3255 persons were convicted under Article 167 part 1 as the primary offence. 496 of them (15.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 250 (7.7%) got prison sentences. 15 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3459 persons were terminated. 882 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 167 part 2 as the primary offence 1632 persons were convicted. 1046 of them (64.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 522 (32%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 621 persons were terminated. 721 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
