In 2014, 3443 persons were convicted under Article 167 part 1 as the primary offence. 551 of them (16%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 296 (8.6%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3558 persons were terminated. 869 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 167 part 2 as the primary offence 1657 persons were convicted. 1071 of them (64.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 521 (31.4%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 722 persons were terminated. 700 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
