In 2015, 3445 persons were convicted under Article 167 part 1 as the primary offence. 399 of them (11.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 270 (7.8%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 3477 persons were terminated. 885 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 167 part 2 as the primary offence 1755 persons were convicted. 798 of them (45.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 544 (31%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 790 persons were terminated. 765 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
