In 2016, 2722 persons were convicted under Article 167 part 1 as the primary offence. 389 of them (14.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 234 (8.6%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3060 persons were terminated. 892 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 167 part 2 as the primary offence 1728 persons were convicted. 1027 of them (59.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 567 (32.8%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 829 persons were terminated. 761 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
