In 2009, 814 persons were convicted under Article 198 part 1 as the primary offence. 470 of them (57.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 11 (1.4%) got prison sentences. 11 persons acquitted. Cases involving 538 persons were terminated. 24 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 198 part 2 as the primary offence 269 persons were convicted. 163 of them (60.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 8 (3%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 51 persons were terminated. 24 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
