In 2009, 386 persons were convicted under Article 199 part 1 as the primary offence. 170 of them (44%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 8 (2.1%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 270 persons were terminated. 71 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 199 part 2 as the primary offence 645 persons were convicted. 294 of them (45.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 58 (9%) got prison sentences. 24 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 124 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
