In 2010, 246 persons were convicted under Article 199 part 1 as the primary offence. 105 of them (42.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 8 (3.3%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 228 persons were terminated. 27 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 199 part 2 as the primary offence 260 persons were convicted. 130 of them (50%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 26 (10%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 70 persons were terminated. 18 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
