In 2011, 130 persons were convicted under Article 199 part 1 as the primary offence. 48 of them (36.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2 (1.5%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 100 persons were terminated. 16 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 199 part 2 as the primary offence 188 persons were convicted. 78 of them (41.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 14 (7.4%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 18 persons were terminated. 14 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
