In 2012, 61 persons were convicted under Article 199 part 1 as the primary offence. 4 of them (6.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 3 (4.9%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 83 persons were terminated. 6 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 199 part 2 as the primary offence 180 persons were convicted. 81 of them (45%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 16 (8.9%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 16 persons were terminated. 5 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
