In 2018, 112 persons were convicted under Article 201 part 1 as the primary offence. 31 of them (27.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 7 (6.2%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 109 persons were terminated. 39 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 201 part 2 as the primary offence 33 persons were convicted. 13 of them (39.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 18 (54.5%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 4 persons were terminated. 9 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
