In 2020, 65 persons were convicted under Article 201 part 1 as the primary offence. 18 of them (27.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 10 (15.4%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 76 persons were terminated. 24 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 201 part 2 as the primary offence 28 persons were convicted. 9 of them (32.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 17 (60.7%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 0 persons were terminated. 11 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
