In 2011, 1134 persons were convicted under Article 213 part 1 as the primary offence. 688 of them (60.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 231 (20.4%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 494 persons were terminated. 159 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 213 part 2 as the primary offence 370 persons were convicted. 215 of them (58.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 142 (38.4%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 8 persons were terminated. 85 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
