In 2012, 1002 persons were convicted under Article 213 part 1 as the primary offence. 496 of them (49.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 213 (21.3%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 445 persons were terminated. 151 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 213 part 2 as the primary offence 371 persons were convicted. 207 of them (55.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 153 (41.2%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 7 persons were terminated. 76 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
