In 2010, 1300 persons were convicted under Article 231 part 1 as the primary offence. 540 of them (41.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 113 (8.7%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 126 persons were terminated. 428 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 231 part 2 as the primary offence 438 persons were convicted. 301 of them (68.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 122 (27.9%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 18 persons were terminated. 159 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
