In 2012, 483 persons were convicted under Article 231 part 1 as the primary offence. 130 of them (26.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 17 (3.5%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 28 persons were terminated. 219 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 231 part 2 as the primary offence 51 persons were convicted. 41 of them (80.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 9 (17.6%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 2 persons were terminated. 53 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
