Under Article 260 part 2 as the primary offence 1808 persons were convicted. 949 of them (52.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 49 (2.7%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 306 persons were terminated. 134 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 260 part 3 as the primary offence 3198 persons were convicted. 2784 of them (87.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 284 (8.9%) got prison sentences. 23 persons acquitted. Cases involving 62 persons were terminated. 368 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
