Under Article 260 part 2 as the primary offence 1638 persons were convicted. 712 of them (43.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 49 (3%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 280 persons were terminated. 80 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 260 part 3 as the primary offence 3229 persons were convicted. 2774 of them (85.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 254 (7.9%) got prison sentences. 18 persons acquitted. Cases involving 48 persons were terminated. 32 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
