Under Article 260 part 3 as the primary offence 2320 persons were convicted. 2009 of them (86.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 196 (8.4%) got prison sentences. 23 persons acquitted. Cases involving 28 persons were terminated. 21 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
