Under Article 260 part 3 as the primary offence 2088 persons were convicted. 1831 of them (87.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 163 (7.8%) got prison sentences. 14 persons acquitted. Cases involving 52 persons were terminated. 15 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
