Under Article 260 part 2 as the primary offence 1054 persons were convicted. 581 of them (55.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 26 (2.5%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 545 persons were terminated. 46 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 260 part 3 as the primary offence 2058 persons were convicted. 1019 of them (49.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 212 (10.3%) got prison sentences. 8 persons acquitted. Cases involving 35 persons were terminated. 24 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
