Under Article 260 part 3 as the primary offence 2047 persons were convicted. 1542 of them (75.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 216 (10.6%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 30 persons were terminated. 13 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
