In 2009, 6151 persons were convicted under Article 264 part 1 as the primary offence. 5254 of them (85.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 687 (11.2%) got prison sentences. 10 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1230 persons were terminated. 34 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 4 as the primary offence 573 persons were convicted. 182 of them (31.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 391 (68.2%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 40 persons were terminated. 4 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 5 as the primary offence 965 persons were convicted. 321 of them (33.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 642 (66.5%) got prison sentences. 14 persons acquitted. Cases involving 104 persons were terminated. 3 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 6 as the primary offence 61 persons were convicted. 3 of them (4.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 58 (95.1%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1 person were terminated. 0 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
