In 2010, 5791 persons were convicted under Article 264 part 1 as the primary offence. 4815 of them (83.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 384 (6.6%) got prison sentences. 14 persons acquitted. Under Article 264 part 4 as the primary offence 1429 persons were convicted. 373 of them (26.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1049 (73.4%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 90 persons were terminated. 9 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 5 as the primary offence 619 persons were convicted. 193 of them (31.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 419 (67.7%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 67 persons were terminated. 2 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 6 as the primary offence 180 persons were convicted. 11 of them (6.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 169 (93.9%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 4 persons were terminated. 0 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
