In 2011, 5650 persons were convicted under Article 264 part 1 as the primary offence. 4488 of them (79.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 303 (5.4%) got prison sentences. 16 persons acquitted. Under Article 264 part 3 as the primary offence 3404 persons were convicted. 2048 of them (60.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1326 (39%) got prison sentences. 18 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1120 persons were terminated. 15 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 4 as the primary offence 1510 persons were convicted. 413 of them (27.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1095 (72.5%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 102 persons were terminated. 15 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 5 as the primary offence 574 persons were convicted. 199 of them (34.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 374 (65.2%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 54 persons were terminated. 2 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 6 as the primary offence 211 persons were convicted. 16 of them (7.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 194 (91.9%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 13 persons were terminated. 0 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
