Under Article 264 part 4 as the primary offence 1908 persons were convicted. 448 of them (23.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1455 (76.3%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 103 persons were terminated. 8 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 5 as the primary offence 573 persons were convicted. 196 of them (34.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 372 (64.9%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 61 persons were terminated. 0 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 6 as the primary offence 240 persons were convicted. 13 of them (5.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 227 (94.6%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 3 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
