In 2015, 3205 persons were convicted under Article 264 part 1 as the primary offence. 189 of them (5.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 56 (1.7%) got prison sentences. 8 persons acquitted. Cases involving 4965 persons were terminated. 106 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 2 as the primary offence 1244 persons were convicted. 688 of them (55.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 454 (36.5%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 830 persons were terminated. 34 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 3 as the primary offence 2284 persons were convicted. 1063 of them (46.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 933 (40.8%) got prison sentences. 10 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1763 persons were terminated. 7 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 4 as the primary offence 1645 persons were convicted. 241 of them (14.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1394 (84.7%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 88 persons were terminated. 8 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 5 as the primary offence 587 persons were convicted. 127 of them (21.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 454 (77.3%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 79 persons were terminated. 3 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 6 as the primary offence 262 persons were convicted. 11 of them (4.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 251 (95.8%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 1 person was convicted for the additional offence.
