In 2019, 4283 persons were convicted under Article 264 part 1 as the primary offence. 209 of them (4.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 130 (3%) got prison sentences. 11 persons acquitted. Under Article 264 part 2 as the primary offence 1113 persons were convicted. 713 of them (64.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 371 (33.3%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 334 persons were terminated. 19 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 3 as the primary offence 2329 persons were convicted. 1106 of them (47.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1176 (50.5%) got prison sentences. 12 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1051 persons were terminated. 3 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 4 as the primary offence 848 persons were convicted. 125 of them (14.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 720 (84.9%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 59 persons were terminated. 6 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 5 as the primary offence 372 persons were convicted. 77 of them (20.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 291 (78.2%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 73 persons were terminated. 0 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 6 as the primary offence 121 persons were convicted. 2 of them (1.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 119 (98.3%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 13 persons were terminated. 1 person was convicted for the additional offence.
