In 2010, 62 persons were convicted under Article 282 part 1 as the primary offence. 30 of them (48.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2 (3.2%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 12 persons were terminated. 20 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 282 part 2 as the primary offence 43 persons were convicted. 20 of them (46.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 10 (23.3%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 35 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
