In 2009, 465 persons were convicted under Article 286 part 1 as the primary offence. 189 of them (40.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 55 (11.8%) got prison sentences. 37 persons acquitted. Cases involving 79 persons were terminated. 315 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 2 as the primary offence 57 persons were convicted. 41 of them (71.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 5 (8.8%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 2 persons were terminated. 20 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 1771 persons were convicted. 988 of them (55.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 450 (25.4%) got prison sentences. 64 persons acquitted. Cases involving 17 persons were terminated. 193 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
