In 2010, 532 persons were convicted under Article 286 part 1 as the primary offence. 174 of them (32.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 64 (12%) got prison sentences. 29 persons acquitted. Cases involving 71 persons were terminated. 177 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 2 as the primary offence 47 persons were convicted. 25 of them (53.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2 (4.3%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 2 persons were terminated. 6 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 1817 persons were convicted. 1031 of them (56.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 410 (22.6%) got prison sentences. 47 persons acquitted. Cases involving 12 persons were terminated. 72 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
