In 2011, 492 persons were convicted under Article 286 part 1 as the primary offence. 167 of them (33.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 58 (11.8%) got prison sentences. 35 persons acquitted. Cases involving 50 persons were terminated. 217 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 2 as the primary offence 57 persons were convicted. 31 of them (54.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 5 (8.8%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3 persons were terminated. 5 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 1651 persons were convicted. 920 of them (55.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 364 (22%) got prison sentences. 37 persons acquitted. Cases involving 9 persons were terminated. 79 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
