Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 1238 persons were convicted. 644 of them (52%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 228 (18.4%) got prison sentences. 26 persons acquitted. Cases involving 5 persons were terminated. 58 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
