In 2013, 355 persons were convicted under Article 286 part 1 as the primary offence. 103 of them (29%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 32 (9%) got prison sentences. 22 persons acquitted. Cases involving 31 persons were terminated. 161 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 2 as the primary offence 55 persons were convicted. 24 of them (43.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 4 (7.3%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 8 persons were terminated. 6 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 1116 persons were convicted. 559 of them (50.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 175 (15.7%) got prison sentences. 35 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 34 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
